I googled car repossesion laws and I clicked on this linked.My car was repossesed last night for being 1 month past due.I'm a single parent that just lost a child due to malpractice. The death of my child put me out of work for two months. I recently was evicted from my apartment and temporarily staying with my sister. I recently started receiving umemployment but it's still not enough to pay for the necessities that we need. Money can't replace happiness, life or burdens but it can lighten the load. I really need help. I've applied for assistance with two government agencies to assist in my first and last month rent when I find a new place. I'm strong in the work industry but currently seeking employment. Even if you dont decide to help a word of encouragement will do. In the event you decide to help, I dont want the money directly, I will give you the name of the payee. My bills are as follows:
Storage: $69.00
Car Payment: $300.00
Car Recovery within 10 days:$799 ($399-repo fee, $100-process fee and $300-Aprils rent)
Towing Companies Fee for belongings within 10 days: $75.00
